Please note, TXTconnexions cannot guarantee that your greeting will always be used. In rare circumstances, alternate routes that don't support personalised greetings may be used.

Important: If one of the two recordings is missing, or not recorded correctly, neither recording will be applied on your account. In addition, if the quality of the recording is poor, due to the microphone or software settings on your PC, or perhaps due to background noise, the recordings may not be accepted for transmission. We will be in touch should your recordings be rejected. Should you experience any problem enabling your PC to record, we may require you to seek assistance from your IT/software maintenance supplier.
